718 Inconel alloy coil
718 alloy is a precipitation-hardened nickel base alloy that exhibits high yield strength, tensile strength and creep cracking strength at temperatures up to 704°C. The aging hardening of 718 alloy is slow, so it will not harden with heating and cooling during annealing and welding. Compared to other nickel-based superalloys with aluminum and titanium added, 718 alloy welds well.
