GH1015 Nickel alloy flange
GH1015 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution reinforced deformation superalloy with a working temperature below 950℃. The alloy is strengthened by adding chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. GH1015 is generally used to manufacture plate structural parts and other high-temperature components such as aero-engine combustion chambers and afterburner cylinders. GH1015 has certain aging hardening phenomenon when working at 700℃~900℃ for a long time, which reduces the plasticity at room temperature. The alloy tends to oxidize along the grain boundary when it works for a long time above 700℃, and can be effectively protected by enamel coating. The Yang chemical resistance at high temperature above 1000℃ is slightly worse than that of similar nickel-based alloys. The alloy can be used as a substitute material for GH2039, GH3030, GH3044 and GH3536 alloys.
