GH1040 Nickel alloy flange
GH1040 is a Fe-Ni-Cr base deformation superalloy strengthened by solid solution of chromium and molybdenum and stabilized austenite matrix. The alloy has high instantaneous strength below 700℃. The alloy has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, good microstructure stability, good hot working plasticity, welding and cold forming process performance. The strength of the alloy can be significantly improved by temperature processing.
