GH1040 Nickel alloy pipe
GH1040 is a fe-Ni-Cr base solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy. Fe-base superalloy is a solution strengthened fe-base superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, nitrogen and other elements. The alloy has a high thermal strength index below 700℃, and the nickel content is about 26%. GH1040 superalloy alloy has good hot and cold working properties, and can reach high enough instantaneous strength when used for a short time at 990-1000℃. Good plasticity in hot working. The strength of the alloy can be improved by temperature processing.
